English: Sluice Rill on the edge of Jacques Bay The tide is half way up but having little impact here where a small stream joins the Stour estuary in this small subsidiary bay. The larger expanse of mud is Jacques Bay, below Jacques Hall and containing Jacques Fleet. The sign prohibits water skiing: on New Year's Day 2008, few people would have wanted to anyway. |
