English: The Slottsfjellet, a hill located in central Tønsberg,Norway, with the Slottsfjelltårnet tower from 1888 and the ruins of the medieval Tunsberghus Fortress (Tunsberghus festning). View towards the small city beneath the small mountain, the Byfjorden/Tønsbergfjorden fjord, Kaldnes, Hogsnes, Stokkelandet, Ilene, Jarlsberg, Sem, Frodeåsen, Solvang, the Tønsberg Stasjon railway station from 1915, Peder Lagmanns gate, the Vestfold sentralsykehus hospital, Kilen, and other parts of the surrounding landscape in Vestfold by the Oslofjorden fjord. An old farm house (Vestfoldtunet) and a stabbur on Tallak, as part of the Slottfjellsmuseet museum. Distorted panorama photograph taken on February 15th, 2016, with the low hanging afternoon sun on a clear, blue sky making long shadows on the snowy ground. |
