Summary
[edit]DescriptionSloterhof Laagbouw Johan Huizingalaan.jpg |
English: One of the four-storey apartment blocks of the Sloterhof, a privately owned housing project in Amsterdam-Slotervaart. Designed by "Delftse school" architect prof. J.F. Berghoef and built in the late 1950s, it is a prime example of a Dutch post-war housing project. It was built using the "Nemavo-Airey" system that uses pre-fabricated elements of wood, steel and concrete.
