Description
English: This picture of Jackson's Sawmill covered bridge is an photographic example. There is overexposure of the sky on the left, showing the color shifts and blown highlights. This is contrasted with a correctly exposed sky on the right. The foreground is brighter and less noisy in the left image, but processing of the right might yield a better overall photo because the sky looks better. Alternatively, an HDR approach can be used, as shown below.
