English: 29 March 2010. Dumped mattress and bedbase on the pavement next to a skip.
A skip on the public highway needs a licence from the Council. Conditions include: ● Not overfilling the skip; ● It should be lit at night; ● Covered when not in use; ● Have the name and number of the skip hire company on it.
