Skillet handle.
Description
English: One conical handle from a skillet Medieval (C.13-14th). It is sandy ware with larger quartz inclusions. The clay is oxidised. There are patches of a granular green glaze on the upper surface of the handle. The handle is decorated with five linear, oval stab marks. There is some damage at both ends of the handle. Dimensions: length: 113.32mm; diameter at attachment end: 72.92mm; diameter at tip of handle: 10.65mm; weight: 151.01g.
