Description	English: Military sketches of the land south of the Russian town of Sebastopol in the Ukraine at the time of the year-long siege by the French and the British in 1854-55 during the Crimean War. The map shows the "quarries" or type of entrenchments that the Russians created to defend their besieged town. Limited relief is shown by shading. Plates XI and XII from: Report of the Siege of Sebastopol.
