¤ngen. Die Basis ist ganz mit feinen Transversalstreifen bedeckt, dieMündung trapezoidal mit Abrundung der inneren Seite. Der Mund-saum ist an keinem Exemplare erhalten. Dieses ausgezeichnete Cerithium kommt vor im Piassenkalk(Fig. 6) und bei Stramberg (Fig. 7), an letzterer Localität ziemlichhäufig, an der ersteren in besonders grossen Exemplaren. NATICA.N. Inwaldiana Zeuschner. Taf. IV, Fig. 8.Zeuschner (I.e. S. 139, Taf. XVII, Fig. 23, 24). Ich bilde diese Natica nach Exemplaren aus dem Piassenkalkhier nochmals ab, weil der charakteristische, überaus dicke Mundsaum,welchen Zeuschner vollkommen richtig beschreibt, auf seinerAbbildung gar nicht hervortritt. Von Stramberg kenne ich diese Art nicht, dagegen kommt hier,so wie auch bei Nikolsburg N. Dejanira dOrbigny (Terr. jur., pag. 209, T. 296) inausgezeichneten Exemplaren vor. Von niedrig gewundenen trochusartigen Schnecken fand ich imPlassenkalk nur unbestimmbare Reste. R.Peters. Jferineen d. ol). Jura. Taf I. Fi9J. Ity.2. i.Ã.
