Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Iglesia Evangelica Pentecostes Principe de Paz, originally First Congregational Church, and later Sioux City Baptist Church; located at 1301 Nebraska Street in Sioux City, Iowa. Brickwork on west side. To show the depth of the horizontal joints, a U.S. quarter has been laid horizontally in one; in some places along the joint, it was possible to balance the quarter, as shown; in others, the joint wasn't quite deep enough, and the quarter tumbled out. This suggests that the average depth of the horizontal joints was on the order of the radius of the quarter, viz., about half an inch.
