Singapore Airlines used to have nicknames for different types of aircraft in its fleet, such as "MegaTop" for the 747-400 and "Jubilee" for the 777-200ER. The 747-400F was referred to as "MegaArk" and that nickname is still seen here. Singapore Airlines no longer uses the MegaTop for its Los Angeles passenger services; current equipment is the 777-300ER for 3-class passenger service via Tokyo, and the A340-500 for all-business nonstop service. 9V-SFF, Boeing 747-400F |
