Summary

[edit]
Description Haw Par Villa. Originally, this was the Tiger Balm Gardens from 1937, name-changed to Haw Par Villa for a few years, and now back (according to Wikipedia) to Tiger Balm Gardens. It is a pleasure garden with dozens of statues of figures from Chinese folklore and mythology. KSH and I also visited this site in 1953 en route home from India.
