Français : Le Simplon est un bateaux à vapeur avec roues à aubes.
Le Simplon a été mis en service en 1920. Sa capacité est de presque 1000 passagers. La longueur est de 78 m. Il sera rénové dans les années 1967-1968. Suite à une explosion de sa cheminée le 18 août 2003, le bateau subira une nouvelle rénovation entre 2003 et 2005. Le 14 novembre 2007, le Simplon emboutit le quai de Genève suite à un arrêt intempestif du moteur. Le 1er septembre 2013, le Simplon est entré en collision avec un voilier quelques minutes avant le départ d'une régate. Simplon is a steamboat with paddle wheels. The Simplon was commissioned in 1920. Its capacity is nearly 1,000 passengers. Length is 78 m. It was renovated in the years 1967-1968. Following an explosion in its' fireplace on August 18, 2003, the ship undergone another renovation between 2003 and 2005. On 14 November 2007, the Simplon stamps dock Geneva after a dirty shutdown of the engine. On 1 September 2013, the Simplon collided with a sailboat a few minutes before the start of a race. |
