Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Simplified strict consensus tree of Cretaceous basal eucryptodires retrieved from Analysis A (with no constraints and no new characters added) showing a paraphyletic arrangement for the taxa in question. The inferred evolution of selected characters varying among these taxa is shown on the tree. Ambiguous character states for a given taxon are indicated with ‘?’ in a color that is corresponding to the color of that character. An alternative topology with Changmachelys bohlini not pruned from the strict consensus is shown in a box at the upper right corner.
