JIRCAS Photo Archive <a href="https://www.jircas.go.jp/ja/database/photoarchive" rel="noreferrer nofollow">www.jircas.go.jp/ja/database/photoarchive</a> Author: 内藤元男 Description: 毛色は淡黄褐色または赤褐色に白斑が入り、白面で下肢も白い。鼻鏡、蹄は肉色。角も肉色で側前方へのび、直飛がある。体型は国による変異が大きく、原産地では中躯やや短く四肢は長かったが、最近では逆に中躯長く四躯短く、肉付きも良い。乳房は下に尖り、乳頭間隔は狭い。ヨーロッパ牛中、イタリー牛と並んで最大であるが、最近は大型は喜ばれなくなり、体高の上限を押えている。ヨロッパでは、体重♀750kg、♂1150kg、体高♀140cm、♂150cm。米国では、体重♀800kg、♂1250kg、体高♀142cm、♂155cm。乳肉体型比率は、スイス、フランス、オーストリーでは5.5:4.5、ドイツでは4.5:5.5、英国、米国では4:6で肉用型となる。 Keywords: スイス西部,オーストリー東部,ドイツ南部,フランス東南部,ハンガリー,ブルガリア,ポーランド,チェコ,イタリー北部,ルーマニア,ソ連,英国,米国,南アフリカ,ブラジル,畜産 Slide no. 01-068-04
