Summary

[edit]
Description
English: "Before we had the czar, now we have the Siltatsaari [Silta-czar]"; right-wing caricaturist Topi Vikstedt thought that the left wing of labour movement (which had its headquarters in Helsinki's Siltasaari) had replaced the Russian czar as the main opressor of Finland – and was possibly worse. Published in Finnish humour magazine Kerberos.
Suomi: Oikeiston näkemystä edustavassa Topi Vikstedtin pilakuvassa työväenliikkeen siltasaarelaiset ovat korvanneet tsaarin Suomen sortajina – ollen mahdollisesti vielä pahempia. Julkaistu Kerberos-pilalehden joulunumerossa.
