asion we will long remember. It will be remem-bered, however, by the sacredness and sincerity with which itwas taken. Since our organization we have added two new members.It is our aim to be cautious and prevent committing the seriouserror of getting undesirable members. As a new chapter,Lambda Alpha is laboring under difficulties, but, united we stand,bound by the strong cords of fraternal love, and have a brightoutlook for next years work. The chapter is composed of eight brothers. The first sixnamed are charter members and hold offices accordingly : W. H. Bone, Stevens Pottery, Ga. J. M. Trapnell, Metta, Ga. W. G. Shingler, Ashburn, Ga. T. W. Jones, Atlanta, Ga. P. H. Gribben, Thomasville, Ga. J. J. May, Ellicottville, N. Y. T. L. Lewis, Atlanta, Ga. P. H. Gaskin, Orlanda, Fla. Although we have no shining light as yet in college life, it isour purpose to put every man to the wheel and help steerLambda Alpha in the course that leads to a high intellectual,moral, and social standing.

On April 27, 1907, Eta had the honor of being installed inthe brotherhood, and the occasion will ever be remembered byevery brother who was solemnly ushered into the mysteries of2 $ E on that day.
