A Cow Puncher, Naw, Just A Piano Tuner. Sidney Lyle, of Spokane, Washington, probably is the most picturesque piano tuner in the United States. He now is riding over the trails of Glacier National Park tuning the pianos in the chalet villages, 60 or more miles back from the railway, so the summer tourists will have harmony along with their beautiful scenery. Tuner Iyle was born in Minneapolis about fifty-five years ago. He travels about 30,000 miles each year tuning pianos in the west. He goes through Oregon, Washington, Idaho, California, Wyoming and Utah, and has several universities on his list.
