Description
English: Shaped back, curved in plan, with ovoid escutcheon surrounded by openwork design of laminated wood in scrolls; cabriole legs, the front pair fitted with castors. Upholstered in comtemporaneous machine-woven fancy compound satin. Pressed, steamed, laminated in layers, then glued together at right angles; with an applied crest.
