English: Famous Siddhababa temple located in Tinau village ward no. 3 of Palpa district. The temple is located at the confluence of the rivers Butwal and Palpa. It is located on the right side of the highway from Butwal to Palpa. It is known as an archeological, religious and tourist destination. Chakravarti King Bhartruhari of Ujjain, South India, became estranged from the establishment of this temple at the age of 18. In this way, these kings of estranged walk after receiving education from their guru Gorakhnath. And this is the temple. Near the temple, Lord Shiva is engrossed in penance. Through penance, that king has attained Ashtasiddhi. After that he is said to have become famous by the name of Siddhapurusha. There is even a belief that worshiping in this temple will fulfill one's desires. The temple attracts a large number of devotees on various festivals like Shivaratri, Ekadashi, Purnima and especially on Saturdays. Inside the temple, there are attractive Shivalingas and idols of various deities. The locals perform marriages, ceremonies, etc. in this temple with the witness of God. The road near the temple is closed due to landslides, but to date no damage has been done to the temple by the landslide. This place is also called Tapobhumi of Siddhapurusha Bhartuhari and also the place of worship of Rampithecus. |
