Siavush, the son of Iranian King Kay Kavus, is celebrating his marriage to Farangis, the daughter of King Afrasiab, the Turanian enemy of Siavush’s father. The handsome prince sits with his bride on a raised platform while celebrations take place around a water feature in the palace courtyard. |
