Description

Shugborough is a country estate in Great Haywood, Staffordshire, four miles from Stafford, on the edge of Cannock Chase.

The house was enlarged in 1750, and the entire estate at the beginning of the 19th century

Shugborough Hall is owned by the National Trust and is a Grade I listed building. It previously belonged to the Earls of Lichfield, the Anson family.
