Description

Ships of the U.S. Navy Anti-Submarine Group 3 underway. The escorts formed the screen of the aircraft carrier USS Bennington (CVS-20) which was deployed to the Western Pacific and Vietnam from 30 April to 9 November 1968. Identifiable ships are (front to back):

USS Ramsey (DEG-2), USS Eversole (DD-789) and USS McKean (DD-784).
