English: Sherborne: buildings at the top of Cheap Street An attractive timbered building stands next to a golden sandstone building so much of Sherborne is built of this material which is most fetching when it catches the sun, none more so of course than the abbey at the point where Cheap Street (the main street behind us) becomes George Street (ahead). To the left is The Green. |
