Чертёж в плане, сочинённый отведённому месту екатеринбургским посадским Марку Сапожникову, Семёну Парфентьеву с товарищи, тринадцати человекам, по желанию их для удовольствия здешних мастеровых и работных людей под строение шляпной фабрики, кожевенных, мыльного варения и солодовенных промыслов и для житья им домов, также и под скотский выпуск, и где оному быть - о том значит ниже сего, а именно:

А. линия, по которой имеют быть построены шляпная фабрика, кожевенные и прочие промыслы - под краской красной; В. под рудо-жёлтой - постро­ить домы; С. огородные места; D. быть скотскому выпуску.
