Description
English: Shardlow Hall from the Trent & Mersey canal Poking through the trees is Shardlow Hall. Built in 1684 and refronted in the 18th century. For many years it was the seat of the Sutton family who grew rich on the canal trade and as salt merchants. It is currently used as offices.
