Description

This is called 'Shahi Paneer'. 'Shahi' means 'royal' and 'Paneer' is Indian milk solid, somewhat like cottage cheese but different.

List of ingredients that were used for above:

Paneer, cashew nuts, pumpkin seed(peeled), cardamom, cinnamon sticks, mace, corriander powder, cumin powder, cumin seeds, red chilly powder, black pepper, cooking oil, clarified butter (ghee), turmeric powder, nutmeg powder, salt and fresh mint for garnishing.
