| Description |
English: Sgwd y Nant Rhyd-ddu One of two falls at the woodland edge. It drops over a thick band of sandstone - possibly an outcrop of the 'Grey Grits' which dip away to the north here counter to the regional dip which is southwards. A major NE-SW trending fault-line lies nearby and this anomalous dip is likely to be associated with that disturbance. |
