| Description |
English: Seymour Street, W1 At the junction with Great Cumberland Place. A car has been parked in a "resident permit holders only" space but has no permit and is being lifted out by a parking enforcement crew to be impounded. These lorries can lift a car and remove it in minutes. The time is around 5.15 pm on a Sunday, but parking is still controlled rigorously, as the driver of the car will soon find out. |
