English: Seven Sisters Barn, Kitchen Bank The 2nd of the medieval barns on Kitchen Bank, built close to the oldest Yews on the estate, the supposed place where the monks sheltered when the came from York. Seven ancient yew trees grew here, now just two are left, part of 1 can be seen to the right of the barn, they are both over 1000years old. |
