Description
Português: "Reunião memoravel em casa do saudoso dr. Pedro Osorio, em Bagé, residencia do dr. Assis Brasil, e na qual os chefes revolucionarios delegaram a este eminente brasileiro poderes amplos para resolver a sorte da pacificação proposta. Além do general Setembrino de Carvalho, que presidiu a reunião, effectuada a 15 do mez proximo passado, e do Dr. Assis Brasil, vêem-se, na photographia, os generaes Zéca Netto, Honorio de Lemos, Felippe Portinho, Leonel Rocha, Menna Barreto e Estacio Azambuja; dr. Angelo Pinheiro, coronel Francisco Pereira e major Lafayette Cruz".

Non artistic photographs continued entering the public domain until 20 June 1998 (not included), when Law 9.610 came into effect, 120 days after publication (pub. 20 Feb 1998).
