Plenário do Senado Federal durante sessão especial para celebrar o Dia Internacional da Luta pela Eliminação da Discriminação Racial, comemorado em 21 de março.

A data foi instituída pela Organização das Nações Unidas (ONU) em memória de 69 pessoas que foram mortas em uma manifestação pacífica na África do Sul.

Geral do plenário.

À tribuna, em discurso, representante da Uneafro Brasil, Douglas Belchior.
