Title
Serrated-edge flake
Description
English: Flint serrated-edge flake, sub-rectangular in plan, plano-convex in profile and bi-convex in section. On the dorsal face, the left and right margins are sharp and appear to be serrated. The distal end is jagged and sharp. There is a tiny notch on the upper left margin. Part of the distal end has been snapped and there has been platform preparation at the proximal end. The flint is light grey. There is no cortex so it is classed as tertiary.

Mercer (1981) shows a similar serrated-edge flake on page 143, Figure 63, Number L203.
