Philadelphus coronarius / Seringat / asie centrale Conçu par Alexandre MARCEL (1860-1928), entre 1899 et 1910, un célèbre architecte français spécialisé dans les styles asiatiques, le parc oriental a été acheté et remis en état par la commune de Maulévrier. Il est géré par une association.
