Summary

English: This septic tank was obviously never emptied since construction. The school reported that during rainy season and thus high ground water table there is some seepage visable and that the flushing of toilets becomes difficult (takes a long time till the water goes down the waste pipe). they also have the situation that bubbles appear in the toilet with bad smell when pour flushing.
