Palsangjeon (Hall of Eight Pictures) is a worship hall found on a Korean Buddhist temple complex that contains the "Palsang", the series of painted murals depicting the eight stages in the life of the historic Buddha, Sakyamuni. Seonamsa's Palsangjeon was built before the 18th century and has been restored twice, once in 1704 and again in 1707. Seonamsa Palsangjeon is Tangible Cultural Property #60. |
