Description

BIE - Banco de imagens externas - Está pronto para ser votado na Comissão de Assuntos Sociais (CAS) o parecer do senador Paulo Davim (PV-RN) às emendas de Plenário apresentadas pelo senador Humberto Costa (PT-PE) ao Projeto de Lei da Câmara (PLC) 107/2008. A proposta torna obrigatória a divulgação de informação sobre a existência de fenilalanina — aminoácido encontrado, por exemplo, no aspartame — nos rótulos dos produtos que a utilizam, tais como refrigerantes, medicamentos, alimentos e produtos dietéticos. Além da advertência, os rótulos deverão indicar a quantidade da substância presente em cada dose ou porção.
