Champion City Greenhouses, Springfield, Ohio. 3 Pink Boamer.—This is without question ;i Hybrid between the SWeeibrier and Wichuriana, and carries these characteristics in bloom, while the growth, which is very rampant, and the luxurious foliage partake more of the Wichuriana. The single flowers, which are produced in close heads, are nearly two inches in diameter, bright rich pink, with almost a white center, which lighten up the orange-red stamens, producing an effect which, combined with f ragrance, makes it one of the most valuable Roses in cultivation. New Memorial Rose, MRS. LOVETT. A double bright pink, form of Rose Wichuriana. In every re- spect it is a true Memorial Rose, save the flowers. In habit of growth and foliage, hardiness and abundance of bloom it is identical with its parent, but its^ Roses are double, two and a half inches in diameter, of bright, rosy-pink color. Price, 16 cents each; 75 cents per dozen; $6.00 per hundred. THE "THREE ORiVOE>»." Price. 10 cents each ; 50 cents per dozen ; $3.50 per hundred. The Yellow Kamhler.— (. Iglaia.) The Yellow Rambler has been found to successfully withstand) without protection, a con- tinued temperature of from zero to two degrees below, which proves it to be far hardier than any other yellow climbing Rose vet introduced, and we believe that by fay ing the plants down in the Winter it can be successfully grown in nearly all the northern parts of the United States—in fact, any- where that other Roses succeed at all well. The flowers are borne in immense clusters, after the same manner as the Crimson Humbler, often as many as one hundred and fifty blossoms in a bunch. The color is a decided yellow. The flowers are very sweet-scented. The habit of growth is very vigorous, well-established plants often making shoots of from eight to ten feet in height in a single season. The plants do not bloom at quite so early an age as the Crimson Humbler, but as soon as well established they more than make up for this by the magnificence of the flowers they pro- duce. White Rambler.—(Thalia.) Of German origin and in habit of growth, foliage, manner of blooming, form of flowers and hardiness it is said to be identical with Crimson Rambler.of which it is a blood relative, but that the flowers are pure snow white and sweetly scented. The flowers "remain on the bush from three to five weeks; beautiful to behold.'1 Pink Rambler.—(Euphrosyne.) What is said of White Rambler applies equally to this, except the color of the flowers is pure shiny-rose—the partially open buds being bright, light car- mine, thus producing a strong and pleasing contrast. "The numerous yellow stamens lend an additional charm to the flower. In hardiness, freedom of bloom, form and color of flowers and vigorous climbing habit, this variety is fully the equal of Crimson Rambler." ROSES! X ROSES! X ROSES! Our stock is specially grown for Florists' and Nurserymen's nse. and the young plants bought of us will be found clean, rigorous and healthy, with good roots, ready for immediate growth. MAM AN COCHET. In bud it resembles the Mermet family, being long and shapely, borne on long, stiff stems. It is of the largest size, and the flower is built up or rounded, and very double. The color is a deep rose-pink, the inner side of the petals being a silver- rose, shaded and touched with golden- vellow. We pronounce this the finest Rose bv far that ha? been introduced from France in the past five years. We can with full confidence recommend this Rose. Price. 10 cents each; 50 cents per dozen: $!1.50 per hundred. Augustine Buinnolseau, or White \.w France*—If you were to ask us to Sfleci six of the very finest Roses for you, we should he sure to include it i *ine six. It is identical with La France, except in color. It is pearly-white, sometimes tinted with (awn. Don't fail to get this new Rose. Price, 10 cents each; 50 cents per dozen; $4.00 pet hundred.
