Русский: Улица Сельская Богородская по нечетной стороне имеет тротуар. По четной стороне в 2015...2016 гг. от проходной Уфимской ТЭЦ-2 до остановки Заводоуправление УМПО был уложен асфальтовый тротуар длиной 700 м. Тротуар был уложен некорректно, выводил на проезжую часть. Пройти далее по улице невозможно из-за того что УМПО перекрыло улицу ограждением и организовало автостоянку. На вопрос граждан убрать ограждение и незаконную парковку поступил ответ, что она "обеспечивает безопасность пешеходов на подходах к подземному переходу". Уложенный тротуар длиной 700 м. вдруг перестал быть пешеходной дорожкой "согласно планировке". Бюджетные средства на его строительство были потрачены впустую. Вопрос об организации пешеходного прохода к/через остановку общественного транспорта обеспечиваюшего безопасность по четной стороне улицы и целевое использование тротуара не решен до сих пор.
English: Selskaya Bogorodskaya Street has a sidewalk on the odd side. On the even side in 2015...2016 from the checkpoint of the Ufimskaya CHPP-2 to the stop Zavodoupravlenie UMPO, an asphalt sidewalk 700 m long was laid. The sidewalk was laid incorrectly, leading to the roadway. It is impossible to go further along the street due to the fact that UMPO blocked the street with a fence and organized a parking lot. When asked by citizens to remove the fence and illegal parking, the answer was that it "ensures the safety of pedestrians on the approaches to the underpass." The laid sidewalk 700 m long suddenly ceased to be a footpath "according to the plan". Budgetary funds for its construction were wasted. The issue of organizing a pedestrian passage to / through a public transport stop providing safety on the even side of the street and the intended use of the sidewalk has not yet been resolved. |
