Summary

[edit]
Description
English: This is a fountain in a corridor running between the basilica and the baptistry to its north. Halfway down that corridor the fountain is on a spot where formerly there was a main gate to the baptistry. That had to be closed in the 6th century after the basilica by Justinian had been built, the gate was moved westwards.
