Description
Deutsch: Peter Bircks & Cie., Seidenstoffweberei in Krefeld.
Begleittext: Am 15. September 1874 wurde ein neuer Gesellschaftsvertrag beim Friedensgericht Crefeld einregistriert. Dieser Gesellschaftsvertrag wurde zwischen den „Kaufleuten“ Peter Wilhelm Bircks und Gerhard Lütten am 23. November 1891 aufgehoben und durch einen neuen Vertrag ersetzt, der am gleichen Tage mit einer Stempelmarke von 1/2 M und Stempel vom Königl. Preuß. Haupt-Steuer-Amt bestätigt wurde.
