Italiano: Segnale stradale italiano: segnale stradale da porre in avvicinamento a tratti di viabilità in cui vige l'obbligo per i veicoli a motore diversi dai motocicli e ciclomotori a due ruote di montare pneumatici invernali o avere catene a bordo nel periodo temporale indicato (normalmente 15 novembre - 15 aprile); per queste due categorie di veicoli l'obbligo non sussiste ma vige il divieto di transito in caso di neve o ghiaccio.
Il secondo pannello dall'alto ha sfondo verde in quanto il segnale si riferisce alla viabilità autostradale. Nel pannello inferiore sono indicate ulteriori informazioni riguardanti l'estesa del tratto indicato (mediante indicazioni di località, nomi dell'itinerario o progressive chilometriche). Prima figura dell'allegato B della direttiva n. 1580 del 2013.English: Italian traffic sign: advanced sign for a road where motor vehicles must use winter tires or carry snow chains. Motorcycles (including two-wheeled mopeds) are not required to use winter tires or carry snow chains, but are not permitted to ride in icy or snowy conditions. The last plate of the sign indicates the road section where it is necessary to use winter tires (or snow chains). Sign intended for use on motorways. Introduced by directive n. 1580 of 2013. |
