Deutsch: Seestermühe (Schleswig-Holstein) - Schulstraße 1 - Villa Hell - Baujahrː 1913 - Das verputzte Gebäude ist im Jahr 1913 erbaut worden und präsentiert sich nahezu im ursprünglichen Zustand. Es handelt sich um einen villenartigen Wohnbau in der für die Region und die Bauzeit typischen Ausführung. Das Haus hat einen seitlichen Risalit. Vorgesetzt ist ein Erker im Erdgeschoss mit einem Balkon im Obergeschoss. Diese Konstruktion wird als Söller oder Altan bezeichnet. Außerdem ist links ein eingeschossiger Anbau für den Eingangsbereich angefügt, der einen weiteren Balkon trägt. Die Ziergeländer der Balkons, sowie Stuckelemente mit Girlanden und Medaillons schmücken die Fassade. Dem Risalitgiebel ist ein bogenförmiges Balkenwerk vorgesetzt, das sich auf Konsolen stützt. - Das Haus steht auf einer Wurt, auf der sich vorher ein Hofgebäude und eine Kate befanden. Der ehemalige Eigner Peter Piening tauschte um 1700 Land mit dem Gut und siedelte sich im Esch an. Gebäude wurden umgesetzt, die Kate blieb zunächst am Ursprungsort erhalten. 1913 musste sie dem Neubau der Villa weichen, die Johannes Hell und dessen Frau Anna geb. Meinert errichten ließen. |
