Description
Deutsch: Seestermühe (Schleswig-Holstein) - Mühlendeich 30, 32 - ehemalige Mühle (links) und Nebengebäude (rechts)

- Das linke Haus (Nr. 30) ist der zu einem Wohnhaus umgebaute Sockel der ehemaligen Deichmühle. Eine erste Mühle wurde hier 1709 als Graupenmühle vom Gutsherrn Ahlefeld erbaut. Die Mühle wurde 1756 durch einen Brand zerstört und 1769 neu errichtet. Es handelte sich um eine Windmühle in Form einer Turmholländermühle mit massivem Sockel. Hinter dem Deich gab es mit dem Mühlenfleet einen eigenen Hafen an der Krückau. - Die Mühle hatte wechselnde Eigentümer, wirtschaftlich war der Betrieb mehrfach vom Konkurs bedroht. Wilhelm Plump, der die Mühle um 1900 erworben hatte, ließ den Mühlenkopf abreißen. Bis 1930 gab es eine Mühle mit Dieselmotor, dann wurde der Betrieb eingestellt und Marten Fülscher kaufte den Restbau. Er baute die mittlere Etage zu einer Wohnung um. Nachdem 1981 der Besitz an Familie Littau übergegangen war, erfolgte eine umfassende Renovierung und Umgestaltung, bei der das Bauwerk seine jetzige Form erhielt.

- Das rechte Haus (Nr. 32) war ursprünglich ein Nebengebäude der Mühle, in dem Mühlenprodukte gelagert wurden. Beim Brand der Mühle 1756 wurde auch dieses Haus zerstört, danach aber wieder aufgebaut. Im Zuge der Dorferneuerung hat man das inzwischen als reines Wohnhaus genutzte Gebäude renoviert und es erhielt ein neues Reetdach.
