Deutsch: Seestermühe (Schleswig-Holstein) – Dorfstraße 44 – Ehemaliges Altenteil Detjens – Das Backsteinhaus ist um 1910 gebaut worden. Es handelt sich um einen villenartigen Wohnbau in der für die Region und die Bauzeit typischen Ausführung. Das Haus hat einen seitlichen Risalit. Vorgesetzt ist ein Erker im Erdgeschoss mit einem Balkon im Obergeschoss. Diese Konstruktion wird als Söller oder Altan bezeichnet. Die Eingangstür liegt an der Seitenwand. Die mit Ziermauerwerk verdachten Fenster sind modernisiert, sonst zeigt sich das Äußere weitgehend im ursprünglichen Zustand. |
