Description

Seester (Schleswig-Holstein) – Kurzenmoor 34 – Haupthaus der ehem. Hofanlage Hauschildt

– Das abgebildete Gebäude ist ein reetgedecktes Fachhallenhaus, das ursprünglich als Wohn- und Wirtschaftgebäude des landwirtschaftlichen Betriebs Hauschildt genutzt wurde. Nach dem Verkauf des Gebäudes im Jahr 1975 wurde es für Wohn- und Geschäftsnutzung umgestaltet.
– Der Giebel zeigt trotz der Veränderungen noch den ursprünglichen Grundaufbau. Er ist als Vollgiebel mit zweistufiger Verbretterung gestaltet mit der Babendör in der Mitte.

– Der Hof ist im Erdbuch von 1792 als Vollhufe unter der Nr. 19 eingetragen. Als Eigentümer sind in der Hofchronik nacheinander die Familiennamen Dieck, Hell und Meinert aufgeführt. Zeitweilig war der Hof an Meyn verpachtet. Ab 1974 ist Max Otto Hauschildt angegeben.

– Weitere Entwicklung:

1975 wurde das Anwesen an Manfred Milz verkauft, der das Haus aufwendig renovieren ließ.
Dessen Firma Art&Design wurde in der großen Diele untergebracht.
1978 hat man den Außenbereich neu gestaltet, wobei unter anderem Teiche angelegt wurden.
1979 erfolgte die Restauration und Neugestaltung der anschließenden Scheune.
1986 hat Manfred Milz Dachgauben ausbauen und das Dach neu mit Reet decken lassen.
1987 entstand der Wintergarten.
1993 erwarb Peter Stahlberg das Objekt.
