Deutsch: Seester (Schleswig-Holstein) – Kurzenmoor 20- Haupthaus der Hofanlage Walter Hell - Das kleine Fachhallenhaus wurde im 18. Jahrhundert errichtet, ursprünglich mit Durchgangsdiele. Es wurde als Wohngebäude und landwirtschaftlicher Nebenerwerbsbetrieb genutzt. Die Außenwände waren teils massiv, teils mit Fachwerk ausgeführt. In den 1920er Jahren hat man die Seitenwände um ca. ein Meter erhöht und die Abschieblinge des Daches flacher geneigt. Im Zuge der Dorferneuerung wurde das Reetdach neu eingedeckt. – Der Hof ist im Erdbuch von 1792 als Halbhufe unter der Nr. 13 eingetragen. Als Eigentümer sind in der Hofchronik nacheinander folgende Familiennamen aufgeführt: Sternberg, Kelting, Muhlen, Mein, Früchtnicht, Piening, Früchtnicht. Seit 1829 ist der Hof im Besitz der Familie Hell. Helma Conrad geb. Hell und ihr Ehemann Hans Christian Conrad übernahmen in den 1970er Jahren den Hof. |
