Objekt war bis 2015 als Baudenkmal ausgewiesen. Deutsch: Seester (Schleswig-Holstein) - Klein Sonnendeich 1 - Haupthaus der Hofanlage Kelting - Das als von der Dorfbevölkerung als "Rotenhus" bezeichnete Gebäude wurde 1667 gebaut.Es handelt sich um ein Fach-Hallenhaus von 11 Fach in Form eines Kreuzhauses. Die Außenwände im Erdgeschoss sind massiv erneuert. Wirtschaftsteil und Sommerhaus weisen einen vorkragenden, verschalten Vollgiebel auf, der Giebel des linken Kreuzarms ist massiv ausgeführt. - Der oben verschalte Vollgiebel des Wohnteils zeigt besondere Zierformen: Der Giebelschwellbalken ruht auf den Stichbalken, deren Köpfe mit Rosetten verziert sind. Die Füllbretter zwischen den Balkenköpfen weisen einen Zahnfries auf. Darüber liegt ein Fachwerkbereich mit Fußbändern und Ziermauerwerk. - Inschrift im Giebelschwellbalken des Wohnteils: - ACH GOTT BEHÜT VOR KRIEG VND BRANDT. GIB DEINEN SEGEN VND FRIED IM LAND. - Inschrift über der Grootdör: English: Seester (Germany), Kl. Sonnendeich, farmhouse Kelting |
