Description
Deutsch: Seester (Schleswig-Holstein) – Dorfstraße 43 – Schulgebäude von 1912

– Das Foto zeigt das ursprüngliche Schulgebäude der Schule Seester. Es wurde 1912 gebaut und 1970, 1977 und 2002 erweitert (Erweiterungen auf dem Foto nicht sichtbar). Es handelt sich um einen zweistöckigen Backsteinkubus mit pfannengedecktem Walmdach und Fledermausgauben. Nach Nordwesten schließt sich ein eingeschossiger Anbau an. Das Haupthaus wird heute als Gemeindezentrum und Wohnhaus genutzt, in den Anbauten findet der Schulbetrieb statt.
– Die Grundschule Seester ist eine Schule im ländlichen Raum, besucht von den Kindern aus den Gemeinden Seester, Seestermühe und Neuendeich. Schulträger ist der Schulverband Seestermüher Marsch, er wird von den Gemeinden Seester und Seestermühe gebildet.
