Objekt war bis 2015 als Baudenkmal ausgewiesen. Deutsch: Seester (Schleswig-Holstein) – Dorfstraße 38 – Saalgebäude – Das Haus ist ein schlichter zweigeschossiger Backsteinbau mit hartgedecktem Walmdach. Zusammen mit der Kirche, dem Pastorat und der ehemaligen Gastwirtschaft – zu der es früher gehörte – bildet es ein ortsbildprägendes Ensemble. Ein Saal nimmt das obere Geschoss ein, die Küche ist im Erdgeschoss untergebracht. Der Saal wurde von der Gastwirtschaft für Familienfeiern und Vereinsfeste genutzt. – Die Kirchengemeinde erwarb den Saalbau 1971 zusammen mit dem Wirtshausgebäude. Wegen seines desolaten Zustands musste zunächst das undichte Dach ausgebessert werden. 1988 erfolgte eine umfangreiche Renovierung. Unter anderem wurden die Fenster und Türen erneuert, wobei man auf das ursprüngliche Oberlicht bei den Türen verzichtete. Außerdem hat man an der Schmalseite eine weitere Tür eingebaut. |
