Description
English: The Secretary of War Dwight F. Davis (left) and Major General B.F. Cheatham, Quartermaster General of the United States Army, display the winning design and model for the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in Arlington National Cemetery in Arlington County, Virginia, in the United States. The design was submitted by Thomas Hudson Jones, sculptor, and Lorimer Rich, architect. Their design was one of 73 submitted.
